  • How does it differ depending on the level of funding required or seniority of position (e.g. Is it different for £10k+ programmes vs £5k vs £1k?)
  • Are there different budgets available across the organisation or centralised?
  • What would the decision-making process involve for the organisation?
  • How long would it typically take?
  • What do they believe would be the best approach? (e.g. Is direct marketing sometimes enough, do we need somebody senior to be talking/presenting to the HRD/CEO etc.?)
