We’re looking back at the success of our regional roadshows, attended by over 430 people across the country.
The roadshow events were organised with our 10 local development partners and showcased our programmes and services to health professionals and their organisations in the local area. Delegates benefitted from:
- The opportunity to hear from leaders at every level who are making a significant difference in health care as a result of their participation in our programmes
- Access to expert advice and guidance from the Academy team on how best to allocate budgets, enabling staff to fulfil their potential and how organisations provide the best possible service for patients
Here’s what one delegate told us about their experience: “I found all the presentations aspirational and relevant. It was great to hear real experiences from participants on programmes about the realities of leadership – including the hard times and the positive outcomes.”
