This course will equip you with the fundamental leadership knowledge you need to grow the leadership skills needed to take on the challenges of working and leading in care and health teams.

Who is the course for?
This course is for anyone working in the health and care sector but has been designed for anyone curious about understanding more about the relational skills of leadership or management.
This course is for those who have completed the prior course in the Edward Jenner programme “Course 1: Exploring what leadership means to me”.
