Durka is a Public Health Consultant currently working across health and social care organisations in Lambeth and Southwark to help transform care. She has been working with Health Education England (NCEL) since June 2014 to refresh primary care QI training, supporting the Faculty of Public Health to review workforce development across UK, and is also a Trustee for City and Hackney Mind. In 2014, Durka was awarded NHS Emerging Leader of the Year by the London Leadership Academy.
