Sally joined the NHS Leadership Academy in January 2013 and leads NHS Executive Search. As well as overseeing the delivery of board level executive search projects she also leads several national aspiring director talent schemes and plays a key role in the development of national talent management initiatives. She has over twelve years’ experience of executive search, seven of which were gained within the commercial executive search industry.
