The Academy has been working with a number of local adopter sites since 2016 which has helped to assess the practicalities of delivering the local model and to develop a programme for continuous roll–out. These sites include:
- Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust
- South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust
- London Ambulance Service
- Leeds and York Partnership Trust
- Frimley Health Foundation Trust
- A group of NHS organisations across the county of Essex (two licence agreements)
- A group of organisations in the East Midlands region (two licence agreements)
- A group of organisations across Hertfordshire and West Essex (one licence agreement)
