Our talent pools help us to identify the leaders of today and tomorrow with the knowledge, skills, behaviours and attitudes to create a healthy environment for staff, patients and citizens. They offer aspiring leaders increased visibility and opportunities for progression.
Current nomination window – open until 15 January 2020
We are currently seeking nominations for aspiring chief operating officers and HR and people directors. Individuals can self-nominate or be nominated by a leader.
We are also seeking assessors and inclusion advisers.
Full details of the approach, process and criteria, how to nominate, and how to become an assessor or inclusion adviser, are in our information pack.
Coming soon: Our video also provides information on the process and how to nominate.
Conscious decision-making module
Nominating leaders are asked to undertake this one-hour module to help ensure that, collectively, unconscious bias does not influence our approach to talent. The module takes the form of a PowerPoint presentation. It was originally presented in the Midlands and East as a webinar. Enable sound on your device before runnning the presentation.
Career conversation toolkit
We recommend you use this career conversation toolkit and the success profile found in the information pack.
The nomination form will be available here from 13 December. Register to receive updates from us and a notification when it is live.
