Business administrators have a highly transferable set of knowledge, skills and behaviours that can be applied in all sectors and the role involves developing, implementing, maintaining and improving administrative services. Business administrators develop key skills and behaviours to support their own progression towards management responsibilities.
This apprenticeship combines the NHS Leadership Academy’s Edward Jenner programme with a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.

NB: The administration role may be a gateway to further career opportunities, such as management or senior support roles.

12-14 months depending on prior experience

Online. Delivery is tailored to your organisation’s values and you will benefit from online peer-to-peer support network.
What’s covered
Learn how to contribute to any organisation and engage with a range of stakeholders.
You will develop skills in IT, record and document production, decision making, interpersonal skills, communications, quality, planning and organisation, project management and stakeholders.
