As a team leader or supervisor you will build your knowledge on management responsibilities including how to support, manage and develop team members as well as maintain key relationships.
This apprenticeship combines the NHS Leadership Academy’s Edward Jenner programme with a Level 3 Team Leader Apprenticeship.

Duration
12 months depending on prior experience.

Online. Delivery is tailored to your organisation’s values and you will benefit from online peer-to-peer support network.

Learn how to lead and manage people.
You will develop skills in building relationships, communication, operational management, project management, finance and decision making.
Entry requirements
Level 2 English and Maths.
