The programme is made up of a suite of short courses:

Course 1: Inclusive Leadership in Health and Care  

Develop inclusive and compassionate leadership skills to ensure diversity and equality in the health and care industry.

Duration: six weeks (total suggested time: 18hrs)

Weekly time commitment: 3 hrs


Course 2: Creating a Psychological Contract for a More Inclusive Workplace

Harness your inclusive leadership skills to create and maintain good psychological contracts in any healthcare facility.

Duration: five weeks (total suggested time: 10hrs)

Weekly time commitment: 2 hrs


Course 3: Creating a Psychological Contract for a More Inclusive Workplace

Harness your inclusive leadership skills to notice and challenge microaggressions in any healthcare organisation.

Duration: four weeks (total suggested time: 8hrs)

Weekly time commitment: 2 hrs


Course 4: Effective Allyship

Understand the importance of allyship in health and care to become a more inclusive and compassionate leader and manager.

Duration: four weeks (total suggested time: 8hrs)

Weekly time commitment: 2 hrs


Course 5: Increasing Disability Positivity

Understand the definition and impact of disability to better support, celebrate, and advocate for your disabled colleagues.

Duration: four weeks (total suggested time: 8hrs)

Weekly time commitment: 2 hrs


Course 6: LGBTQIA+ Essentials

Deepen your understanding of the rich and complex history of the LGBTQIA+ movement and expand your perspective, challenge biases, and acquire the skills necessary to foster a more inclusive society.

Duration: Four weeks
