The introductory course will also help you prepare for Level 1 of the Edward Jenner leadership development programme.
Begin your journey of learning and development
You’ll develop an understanding of the process and levels of learning and development. This will help you determine your desired level of learning and articulate a learning goal to achieve.
Exploring the different levels at which you learn, you’ll go through the five discoveries you need to make to learn with purpose and for lasting change.
You’ll also understand the challenges you could face in your learning journey and identify ways to overcome them.
Gain support for your learning goals in the workplace
The course will help you make the most out of your development opportunities by understanding how to gather support from your manager and colleagues to maximise your growth.
By the end of the course, you’ll have the confidence and skills to start your journey of learning and development in the workplace.
